Yes. Buying a standard template website at the start is €1,208.79 including 21% Dutch VAT where that rate applies, or €999 excluding VAT. That is a one-off project, not the later buyout of €603.79 including that VAT, or €499 excluding VAT. Hosting, maintenance and future updates are optional and not automatically included.

Yes. If the work sits beyond the catalogue, we design and build a custom website around your requirements, brand, content and functionality. There is no fixed public price for the build, and a custom website buyout is quoted separately. Ask for a quote.

You do. The website can include your photography, videos, background media, logo, colours, menus, team profiles and other materials. You send the final files in a usable format. We implement and optimise them in the selected design. Professional photography, videography, logo design and copywriting are not part of the template offer.

No. Appointment systems, reservations, payments, customer accounts, databases and other custom integrations are quoted separately.

Where the Dutch standard rate of 21% applies, a private consumer pays €30.25 per month, €603.79 to buy the subscription website later, or €1,208.79 to buy a standard template at the start, all including VAT. The business prices excluding VAT are €25 per month, €499, and €999. Those including-VAT totals are not a price for every country. VAT for other customers is confirmed in writing before any paid work.

After the first six months, the subscription continues monthly. Cancellation requires one month’s notice by email, and Eryntal confirms that notice in writing. You may ask to cancel during the first six months, but the payments for the remainder of that commitment stay due, subject to applicable consumer law.

When the subscription ends, you have two options.

Option 1 — Buy the subscription website. The buyout for a standard template website is €603.79 including 21% Dutch VAT where that rate applies, or €499 excluding VAT. That is separate from the one-time purchase at the start, which is €1,208.79 including 21% Dutch VAT where that rate applies, or €999 excluding VAT. The buyout provides the agreed website deliverables and the transferable rights needed to operate that website independently, as set out in the written buyout agreement. Eryntal keeps ownership of its reusable components and of intellectual property that is not expressly transferred. It does not include third-party assets or licences, and those are not transferred automatically. A custom website buyout is quoted separately. After the buyout, you arrange your own hosting, or you can request assistance with the transfer.

Option 2 — End the subscription without buying the website. Eryntal takes the hosted website offline at the end of the paid period.

All original content you own and provide, including your logos, photographs, videos, written content and other materials, remains your property whether or not you buy the website.

Third-party licences and assets remain subject to their own terms.

You own or control your domain. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate unless they are explicitly agreed otherwise.

For 30 days after the subscription ends, you may ask by email for an export of the content you supplied. Eryntal does not promise to keep that content indefinitely, and licensed assets are not transferred automatically.
